im playing the Falcons (mtr14) and this guy does a punt formation on 3rd and goal on the 3yrd line to win the game with 4 seconds left?!? wtf. i stopped his pass attempt on 1st and goal on the 3yrd line, stopped his pass attempt on 2nd and goal on the 3yrd line, and lines up in the punt formation to do a fake punt run. wtf?

Got to do what you got to do to win the game, stop throwing it to winslow so much and use another player, 6 receptions and missing him another 5 times. And it was a run from the one yard line

okay, im just mad at not stopping the run.

i was planning on pausing the game and asking you what you were doing. figured you were going for the game-tying field goal with 3 (or 1 second, whatever) left in the game; but just accidentally selected the punt formation.

yeah i threw to Winslow a lot and so he caught 6 passes for 100 yards.
your TE Antonio Gates' stats: 6 catches for 85 yards...

ill stop bitching and just play the game - but im just wondering if its okay in this league if i should do a fake FG next time because im supposed to "do what you got to do win the game"

Obviously it was cheap and I should of chose a better play. Gates was thrown to six times and caught the ball six times, Winslow was thrown to much more considering most if not all of your incompletion were thrown to Winslow

Punt formation run to do that in that situation is cheezy and will not happen again or ur booted

Oh man, really? Cheese. And throwing to a TE 10 times in a game isn't cheese. Guys like Gonzalez, Gates, have all had multiple double digit games. If he's throwin to a TE so much manually cover him.

Anyone else feel this guy deserves a medal fir running a fake punt run on 3rd down with a second left to win the game?

Also, I'd like to introduce him to the direct HB snap in the Pats playbook.

How is he not booted after that shit. That is the lamest, cheesiest thing I have ever heard of someone doing and then he comes on here and says, "got to do what you got to do to win."

Okay, so I wasn't overreacting last night? I mean I suppose I could have moved all my guys to the side I know where the fake punt run is going to...but I almost shit my pants on that play because I thought he just chose the wrong formation set (instead of going for the tying FG). I would've uploaded highlights of the three-play goal line stance but my xBox froze up (it was probably still in shock). I'm just saying if this is okay, then watch out for my fake FG pass with Josh Johnson throwing to my TEs in the flats to win the game instead of going to OT.

For the record, I did throw to Kellen Winslow a lot and I will change that. He really is the only dude I trust since my starting WR corps sucks. I just added Owen Daniels so my passes to Winslow should decrease. And I agree...manually cover the dude.

I was beat for 150+ yards on 9 attempts with his quick RB but he kept doing it because I could not stop it. I have no issues with that. I need to work on my rush defense. I don't need to work on how to stop a fake punt run on 3rd and goal with less than 5 sec because even the Washington Redskins (who did that crazy OL/WR/TE on the left side shit that one December game) wouldn't pull that.

and i played im in old first and ten and he quit on me too when he was losing but didnt lag me out so i just finished cos its green quits too often for me to keep play 3 quarters over and over

he quit on me after 3 drives the first time we played.
